DescriptionThe TwelveStone Infusion Centers LLC, manages the Infusion needs of patient’s and maintains the continuum of care, from intake, assessment, and treatment through the completion of their visit. Our primary focus is the safe and effective administration of biologic medications (e.g., Remicade, Tysabri, etc.), but we also offer a full range of infusion services including, but not limited to, antibiotics, hydration, vitamins, iron, and steroids. On occasion there is a need for sterile dressing changes and lab draws. We are currently hiring a PRN Float Nurse Practitioner for our Germantown, TN, Jackson TN, Southaven, MS and surrounding infusion centers. This position is responsible for providing comprehensive care, including the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management, education, health promotion and care coordination for patients and families with acute and chronic health needs in an outpatient setting. We welcome NP's from all medical backgrounds with a positive attitude, preferably outstanding IV skills, and an active license in the states of practice.
