Shepherds College

Shepherds College is a faith-based, accredited post-secondary institution in Union Grove, Wisconsin, that serves young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. It offers a three-year program combining functional academics, daily living and social skills, spiritual formation, and occupational training in fields such as horticulture, culinary arts, and technology. The college is part of Shepherds Ministries, whose roots trace to a Milwaukee Sunday school outreach in 1957, and it opened as a dedicated college in 2008. It is expanding with a second campus in Franklin, Tennessee, planned to open in 2026.
