Life Surge is a Christian organization that produces one-day inspirational events, multi-day training classes, and mentorship programs connecting faith with entrepreneurship, financial stewardship, and personal development. It was founded by Joe Johnson in 2019 and is headquartered in Palmetto, Florida. The organization states its mission is to inspire, train, and equip people around four themes it calls Worship, Wisdom, Work, and Wealth. Life Surge hosts events in cities across the United States and reported roughly 117,000 attendees at its live events in 2025.
