Providing spiritual leadership, developing staff, and caring for the congregation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, exceptional communication skills, and a heart for nurturing and developing individuals within the church community.</p><p><strong>GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p><strong>Leadership:</strong></p><br><ul><li>Lead every aspect of the campus, steering it towards living out Bayside’s mission of Reach Wide, Teach Deep, and Unleashing Compassion.</li><li>Inspire and empower our leadership team to unleash their potential.</li><li>Ensure staffing, facilities, and programs are effectively aligned to meet the goals of pastoral care and discipleship occurring through small group and mid-week ministries.</li></ul><br><p><strong>Staff Development:</strong></p><br><ul><li>Recruit, mentor, train, and encourage staff and volunteers.</li><li>Foster a culture of collaboration, growth, and excellence among our church team.</li></ul><br><p><strong>Stewardship:</strong></p><br><ul><li>Celebrate wins, learn from challenges, and keep our team culture strong.</li><li>Lead by example in stewarding our resources wisely and generously.</li><li>Encourage and empower our congregation to live lives of generosity and purpose.</li><li>Oversee the management of finances, facilities, and other church resources.</li><li>Ensure transparency, accountability, and integrity in all stewardship efforts.</li></ul><br><p><strong>Congregation Care:</strong></p><br><ul><li>Be a rock for our church family, offering care, support, and guidance in times of need.</li><li>Provide pastoral counseling, prayer, and emotional support to individuals and families.</li></ul><br><p><strong>Communication:</strong></p><br><ul><li>Be one of the public faces for the campus by hosting services regularly and preaching occasionally.</li><li>Deliver messages that resonate with hearts and minds, rooted in scripture and love- make us laugh, cry, and think deeply.</li><li>Prepare and deliver engaging sermons for weekly services, special events, and other groups/gatherings.</li><li>Connect with people of all ages and backgrounds through your powerful preaching.</li></ul><br><p>Requirements</p><p><strong>Key Attributes</strong></p><br><ul><li>Spiritual Growth: A thriving personal relationship with Christ, prioritizing God, family, and ministry.</li><li>Calling: A clear calling to ministry and alignment with Bayside Church’s mission and vision.</li><li>Leadership: Demonstrated effectiveness in leading teams with a servant-leadership mindset.</li><li>Emotional Intelligence: Adept at handling tough conversations with strength and grace.</li></ul><br><p><strong>Skills and Experience</strong></p><br><ul><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and make decisions under pressure.</li><li>Proven experience in recruiting, supervising, and mentoring staff.</li><li>Previous experience in a lead ministry role with public speaking responsibilities.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><br><p>The intent of this job description is to provide a representative and level of the types of duties and responsibilities that will be required of positions given this title and shall not be construed as a declaration of the total of the specific duties and responsibilities of any particular position. <div><br><strong>WHAT YOU'LL DO:</strong></div>
<div>As an <strong>Account Executive,</strong> you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and prospective clients in the Faith Based Organization (FBO) and Ministry Adjacent NPO space to increase revenue and client retention. You will be communicating the value and benefit of our complete portfolio of solutions, centered around cross-selling additional products, driving net new revenue through renewals and migrations, and managing the full sales cycle.<br><br></div>
<div><br><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>You will prospect and qualify new opportunities, ensuring that they align with our product offerings</li>
<li>You will manage the entire sales cycle, from identifying new opportunities to closing the sale and ensuring customer satisfaction</li>
<li>Present and sell new products to our clients, ensuring they understand the value and benefit of our solutions</li>
<li>Negotiate pricing and contract terms and conditions</li>
<li>Manage and interpret customer requirements: You will speak with clients to understand, anticipate, and meet their needs, identify and resolve client concerns, and provide excellent customer service</li>
<li>Expand market awareness of our products and industry experience communicating the features and benefits of our products and services</li>
<li>Maintain and enter all prospects and new sales information into Salesforce</li>
<li>Develop and maintain product knowledge and be an industry expert</li>
